2. Product Colors, Descriptions & Care
- Visual Accuracy: While we display saree and apparel colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur depending on screen resolution, monitor brightness, and digital photography lighting.
- Fabric Care: We recommend dry cleaning for silk, zari, and embroidered sarees. VIJAYA SYNFAB PVT LTD is not liable for fabric damage caused by improper washing or ironing by the user.
3. Intellectual Property Rights

- Returns or refunds are permitted only for manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of delivery.
- An uncut unboxing video is mandatory to process any defect claim.
