Prepaid Orders Only
To ensure secure and prioritized fulfillment, VAHINISAHEB currently accepts prepaid orders only via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, and NetBanking (powered by Razorpay). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All orders placed on www.vahinisaheb.in are fulfilled directly from our central facility by VIJAYA SYNFAB PVT LTD in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
- Dispatch Time: Standard orders are inspected, securely packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 working hours of payment confirmation.
- Operating Days: Warehouse dispatch operates Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

We partner with India’s leading registered courier services to ensure your sarees and women's wear reach you safely.

Note: Delivery timelines may occasionally be subject to regional courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or local government restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges & Order Tracking
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed transparently on the checkout page before you complete your payment.
- Shipment Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to track your shipment online.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our Bhiwandi facility.
Important Notice Regarding Damaged Parcels
If the outer packaging appears heavily crushed, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please capture a video while receiving and opening the package. Remember, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory within 3 days of delivery to report any manufacturing defects or transit damage.
